With
eighteen years corporate experience in the areas of
technical sales, manufacturing, engineering and product
operations, Mr. Marsh has successfully established numerous
new product organizations or reorganized existing operations
to reduce costs and increase output. This experience
includes dealing with both existing product lines and
establishing new facilities, new production equipment, and
operational plans for bringing new products on line and into
volume production. Mr. Marsh has also designed, established,
and implemented quality management systems and purchasing
organizations including successful development of quality
offshore and foreign manufacturing supply networks to reduce
costs and maintain a competitive market position. Mr. Marsh
and Mr. Davlantes became associated six years ago while
investigating the use of RF and Radar technology for
application to numerous new pet and veterinary products. Mr.
Marsh has led the engineering effort for the past four years
to develop the technology and product application for the RF
Data Chip. Mr.
Marsh holds one patent and is the owner of the SmartWare™
software process patent, currently pending.
Mr.
Marsh completed the U.S. Coast Guard Class "A" and
“C” Electronics Schools, is a CPIM, member of the
Plastics Engineering Society, a member of the Micro
Electronics Society, and is currently finishing his B.S.
Degree in Organizational Management.
